Substitute Teacher and Leisure Staff

The position is located within the Department of Children and Education. We conduct statutory activities in the form of preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, and student health. Additionally, the department is responsible for cultural schools, youth center activities, open preschool, and the municipality's food unit. The department operates on behalf of the Children and Education Committee.

Welandersborg School is a single-parallel F-6 primary school with about 140 students. The school is located just outside the Björnlunda community. A bus stop is right outside the school with connections to Gnesta or Flen.

Kvarnbacka School is an F-6 primary school with approximately 60 students in age-integrated classes. The school is located in Stjärnhov. A bus station is within walking distance with connections to Gnesta or Flen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Substitute for teachers, leisure staff, or both. In the role of a substitute, you will teach according to the regular teacher's planning, report attendance/absence, and provide general supervision. When working in the leisure center, you will also be responsible for break activities both indoors and outdoors.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply have a high school diploma. You should be able to step in at short notice when needed. It is important that you feel comfortable leading classes independently. As a person, you are curious and flexible and can easily collaborate with both students and staff. Punctuality is a requirement. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in schools. Before starting the employment, you must present a criminal record extract.
